The iPhone has been given to the police, but now the accused is not telling the password. The phone has been formatted. Additional Public Prosecutor said that the accused was present at the incident site even today. Vibhav Kumar’s lawyer Rajeev Mohan said that even if the format of the mobile is correct, it has nothing to do with this case.

Bibhav Kumar was produced before a magistrate court here on Saturday. Here the police argued that Maliwal’s custody was necessary to interrogate him about the reason behind the alleged attack. Police said that before being formatted, the mobile phone data would have had to be cloned and Kumar would have had to be taken to Mumbai to retrieve the data.

When I freed myself and called 112, I went outside and called security and started making a video. I was screaming and telling the security that Bibhav had beaten me very brutally.
