A dispute over a washing machine culminated in the shocking beheading of an Indian man in Dallas. The victim, Chandra Nagamallaiah, was murdered by Yordanis Cobos-Martinez, an employee. Nagamallaiah, the 50-year-old manager of the Downtown Suites motel, was attacked with a machete after reportedly telling Cobos-Martinez not to use a broken washing machine. The attack happened on the morning of September 10 at the motel. Cobos-Martinez, who has a history of violent crime, was arrested at the scene. The gruesome video of the attack, which shows Nagamallaiah’s wife and son desperately trying to help, has caused widespread outrage. The police confirmed that the argument escalated rapidly, with Cobos-Martinez stabbing Nagamallaiah multiple times before the fatal attack. Cobos-Martinez, who had recently been released from custody, is now facing an immigration hold.
